1 pound shrimp 31 to 35 peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning to season the shrimp
1/2 pound bay scallops
Dredge
1 cup all purpose flour with black pepper
1/2 cop corn meal fine ground (you’re not makin grits here)
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning Greens
Soft tortilla
Mango salsa (mangos cilantro jalapeno red onion lime juice)
Remoulade (buy it at the store)
Olive oil for cooking
Mix first tablespoon of old bay on the shrimp place in refrigerator for 30
Minutes
Mix old bay, flour and corn meal in a large zip lock bag and shake to mix
Add shrimp and shake.
Add olive to medium hot skillet
Add shrimp in a single layer
Let brown 2 to 3 minutes on each side remove to paper towel (shrimp should be pink
Add scallops to season flour bag
Add more oil to pan
Cook scallops for 60 seconds on each side until brown
Build your tacos
