Lemon Lime Cookies

They are lemon lime cookies. I have nothing else to add.  I hope you like them.
Dry ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking  powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients:
2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons lemon and lime zest (about 2 of each)
3 tablespoons lemon and lime juice (about the juice of two of each)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar for rolling cookies
In bowl 1, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
In bowl 2, cream butter and sugar for 3 minutes
Add egg and beat 1 minute
Add vanilla
Add lemon zest and juice and beat for 3 minutes
Mix bowl 1 into bowl 2 in 3 parts
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 375
Make cookie in 1 1/2 “ ball
Roll in sugar
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet
Bake for 9-11 minutes
Optional glaze:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
