Italian Burger

Italian flavors in a burger. Italian herbs and cheeses, all topped with marinara sauce. I forgot the pancetta, but you could add it. I recommend you not do this one on the grill. There will be spilling and fire. That sounds like something out of the Old Testament. I hope you like it.

4 1/3 pound ground beef patties
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Everything Italian seasoning
4 slices mozzarella cheese
8 ounces marinara sauce
8 ounces 4 cheese Italian blend
4 hamburger buns

Sprinkle burger patties with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Griddle hamburger until desired done-ness (About five minutes per side)

Heat marinara sauce in microwave.

Toast buns.

Mozzarella
Burger patty
Marinara
4 cheese blend
Top bun
