This burger has all your favorite deli meats. It’s like getting a subway sandwich and a 5 guys all on one burger. Spicy, salty, cheesy, the Italian dressing gives the perfect counter point. Now, heating the lunch meats and cheese makes all the difference when adding it to the patty; it will add ooey gooey. I hope you like it.
1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper
4 slices capacola ham
4 slices sandwich pepperoni
4 slices Genoa salami
4 slices hard salami
8 slices provolone cheese
Italian dressing
4 brioche hamburger buns
8 lettuce leafs
4 tomato slices
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat skillet to medium; add burger. Cook for 5 minutes per side; do not turn – let it sit there.
Stack cold cuts: capacola, salami, pepperoni, and add to pan. Turn after 2 minutes. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
