Sausage Burnt End Roulette

Want to have some fun at your next back yard party? Try this one. We take some smoked sausage slices, some kielbasa slices, some andouille slices and some jalapeño sausage all smoked then some added honey bbq sauce to finish it off. Will you get some unexpected heat every now and then. Next time I’ll add some Jalapeños. I hope you like it.

8 ounces smoked kielbasa
8 ounces smoked sausage
8 ounces andouille sausage
8 ounces jalapeño sausage
16 ounce sweet and savory bbq sauce
1/4 cup honey

Cut sausages into 1/4 inch rounds and place in a grill safe aluminum pan.

Place on a 300 degree smoker or grill. Cook for 1 hour.

Add bbq sauce and honey.

Cook for 45 minutes.

Serve.
