Pepper Pizza Bites

Simple football food, just a little healthier because there are fewer carbs. Regular toppings on baby bell peppers. Now I did boost the flavor with the everything Italian seasoning yet lowered the salt with low sodium marinara. Go Michigan. I hope you like it.

8 mini bell peppers cut in half and seeded
1 cup marinara sauce
1 teaspoon everything Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices pepperoni

Heat oven to 350.

Place pepper halves on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Top with marinara, mozzarella, everything Italian seasoning and pepperoni.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve.
