I have covered that I’m not a fan of tiramisu because of the coffee. So I have done lemon and green tea versions so far, so why not banana? Banana? The mad scientist has finally gone over the cliff. Well, it works. Lady fingers, banana pudding, chocolate covered bananas layered so you get maximum flavor in every bite. Not so crazy now, am I? I hope you like it.
3 bananas
2 cups dark melting chocolate
48 Lady fingers
2 3.4 oz boxes banana pudding
4 cups milk
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
Melt chocolate in microwave per package directions.
Cut bananas into 1/4” rounds.
Dip bananas in chocolate and place on parchment paper. Let dry.
Add milk to instant pudding; beat for 3 minutes and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a sauce pan add sugar and water. Cook on medium heat until sugar melts and a simple syrup is made.
Half lady fingers length wise. Drizzle the simple syrup over the ladyfingers.
Whip cream.
Assembly:
Layer of lady fingers to cover pan
Add layer of the chocolate covered bananas
Add pudding
Add ladyfingers layer
Add pudding layer
Add chocolate covered bananas
Pipe whip cream edges

This looks awesome! A few years ago, I made chocolate covered bananas swimming in pudding! Everyone thought I was nuts until they tasted it! This goes over the top with ladyfingers!
