It’s summertime, so there are lots of cookouts and parties. So let’s be different and bring something new. It will be a show stopper. All the goodness of an Oreo tucked inside an egg roll. Crispy, crunchy, chocolaty goodness. I hope you like it.

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
8 ounces powder sugar
8 ounces crushed Oreo cookies
12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg
Cooking spray
Chocolate sauce (optional)

Heat oven to 400.

In a bowl mix condensed milk, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Lay out the egg roll wrapper as a diamond; 1/3 way up add 1 1/2 tablespoons filling. Add a tablespoon of cookies and wrap. Do not over fill – they will burst.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Spray with cooking spray.

Bake for 7 minutes. Turn and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve.
