Cheese Steak Calzone

This is a combo meal combining pizza dough and the Philly cheese steak. I went heavy on bold. Montreal steak seasoning on the chuck eye steak. Red onion and mushrooms for their unique flavor. Then the cheese blend; Velveeta , blue cheese and cheddar one creamy, one tangy and one flavorful. The thin pizza crust holds everything in and bakes up crispy. I hope you like it.

1 pound chuck eye steak thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Montreal seasoning
4 ounces Velveeta cheese
4 ounces grated cheddar
cheese
2 ounces blue cheese

Add Montreal seasoning to beef and mix.

Add oil to large skillet on medium heat.

Stretch dough in 8 inch ovals.

Place 1/2 cup of steak mixture in center. Add two tablespoons velveta, add 1 once blue cheese and two ounces cheddar cheese.

Fold over dough and crimp to seal.

Place on parchment lined baking sheet or use corn meal to stop sticking.
