This dish is unique because it only has three components that are always the same only two with me. Cream, clam juice and Old Bay always are in the dish. Now the rest is dependent on what the fisherman caught that day. Now they catch haddock almost every day but they don’t have that near me so I used fresh cod. I then added a lot of clams, mussels, shrimp, and squid. Now I know I said three but my wife doesn’t do a lot of dairy so I used coconut milk. I know I said Old Bay but they use B O seasoning. I hope you like it.
2 12 ounce cans coconut milk
2 10 ounce bottles clam juice
12 ounces mussel meat
12 ounces frozen clam meat
12 frozen mixed seafood
8 ounces cod
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
5 anchovy fillets
1/4 cup dry sherry
In a stock pot add coconut milk and clam juice heat at medium.
Add garlic and Old Bay cook for 20 minutes.
Add mussel meat cook for 15 minutes.
Add clam meat and mixed seafood cook for 20 minutes on medium low.
Add cod, sherry and anchovies.
Cook for 15 minutes on low.
Serve with bread.
