Spanish Coffee Flourless Brownie

I know that tittle is a lot to absorb. First the flourless brownie which is so smooth you don’t have to chew. It just melts. Next the flavors of rum, orange liquor and kahlua all come to the party.(And what a party it is). Those are the main ingredients in Spanish coffee. Chocolate is the base flavor but all the flavors play well with each other. I hope you like it.

1 stick butter
8 ounces dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon orange liqueur
1/2 teaspoon rum
1/2 teaspoon Khulna
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In microwave safe bowl add butter and chocolate chips. Cook in 30 second burst until melted. Whisk until smooth.

Add sugar and mix.

Add eggs one at a time. Whisking as you add. Whisk until smooth.

Add Khulna, orange liquor and rum and whisk.

Add cocoa powder and whisk.

Heat oven to 350.

Bake for 14-16 minutes in a mini muffin pan.

Serve.

This looks delicious! This is a really good recipe! One which we might have used in our little cupcakerie. For a time, we served shots of frosting which were popular in small cups.
