Zucchini Blossoms with Chili Lime Crust

Zucchini blossoms are almost done for the year so this will be the last recipe until I see them again; like next Saturday at the Warrenton Farmers market. I took some chili lime pistachios, combined with seasoned Panko bread crumbs for the coating. I stuffed the blossom with some honey goat cheese with chives. Put them in the air fryer for 7 minutes and there is your flavor bomb. I hope you like it.

10 zucchini blossoms
12 ounces honey goat cheese
2 tablespoons chives
1 egg beaten with tablespoon of water
6 ounces seasoned Panko bread crumbs
6 ounces chili lime pistachios

In a blender add pistachios and breadcrumbs then combine.

Remove petal from middle.

Mix goat cheese and chives.

Add goat cheese to flower.

Dip flower in egg wash.

Coat flower in breadcrumb mixture, coat completely.

Add to air fryer for 7 minutes at 350.

Serve.
