S’more Napoleon

The upgrade to the classic. I dipped the graham cracker in dark chocolate. Then added a marshmallow butter cream between the layers and finally topped it with toasted marshmallows. It gives the summer classic a cool new look. I hope you like it.

1 cup buttercream frosting
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 cups dark melting chocolate
12 graham crackers
12 large marshmallows cut in half
A torch to brûlée

In a bowl beat together marshmallow fluff and buttercream frosting until smooth.

Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second bursts stirring after each time.

Dip bottom of each graham cracker in chocolate and let dry on a piece of parchment.
