This is the result of spending too much time in the grocery store. I was walking the isles and saw cinnamon sugar pretzels and my Mad Scientist kicked in. I had a chocolate cookie mix at home and decided to pair those items. I broke the pretzels in pieces added some to the cookie mix and used the remaining pieces on the top. I did add some extra vanilla to spark a little more flavor. I hope you like it.

1 package Betty Crocker chocolate chocolate chip cookie mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups crushed cinnamon sugar pretzels

Heat oven to 365.

In a bowl add cookie mix, butter egg and water and mix until combined.

Add 1 cup of crushed pretzels and mix.

Scoop dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake cookies for 5 minutes remove from oven top with 1 teaspoon of crushed pretzel pieces.

Bake for 4-5 minutes.

Remove from oven. Let cool.

Serve.
