Asian Taco

I decided to take the ingredients in a traditional won ton and moved it over to a taco. I started with the Asian trinity; ginger, green onions, and garlic. I then took coconut aminos, teriyaki, ground pork and cooked all of those items. I served it all with hoisin sauce, cabbage and mango. The only real taco item was the soft taco. I hope you like it.

1 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons green onions
1 tablespoons garlic minced
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoons teriyaki
1/2 cup thinly cut cabbage
1/2 cup diced mango
Hoisin sauce

Oil for cooking.

In a large skillet on medium heat add cooking oil and ground pork. Cook for 4 minutes.

Add ginger, garlic, and green onion and stir.

Cook until pork is slightly brown.

Add teriyaki and mirin. stir.

Assembly
Soft taco shell
Ground pork mixture
Diced mango
Cabbage
Hoisin

Serve.
