Air Fried Pickle Chips

When at the Warrenton Farmers Market, I saw Bad Ass Pickles and after a conversation about some new items, I was convinced to try the horseradish chips. My intention was a crunchy element on my Valentine’s Day surf and turf.(Horseradish on beef is a match.) I did do that, but what I realized was these air fried chips are great for game watching or snacking. I added some remoulade on the side, and we have a new favorite for the NCAA championship. I hope you like it.
