A few years ago I did a pizza roll which is the state dish of West Virginia. All the pizza ingredients all rolled up in pizza dough then baked to golden brown perfection. So I have put kimchi(which is my preferred sauerkraut, corned beef, Swiss cheese all rolled up in some crescent roll dough. I didn’t forget the thousand island dressing it’s on the side.
1 can crescent dough
1/4 cup corned beef cut thin
1/4 cup Swiss cheese slices
1/4 cup Wisconsin cheddar slices
1/4 cup kimchi
Thousand island dressing
Layout crescent roll dough.
Layer cones beef, topped with Swiss cheese, top with cheddar cheese.
Roll up dough and seal ends.
Cut steam slits in top.
Top with egg wash.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

The “State Dish” of West Virginia is a Pepperoni Roll! You have taken that to a whole new level!! Yummm!
