Chorizo Won Tons

These baked won tons are a nice change from regular football foods.


  • 1 lb Rainbow Acres Farm chorizo sausage
  • 1 packet won ton wrappers
  • Salsa and Guacamole, to taste


  1. Place 1 tsp chorizo in a won ton wrapper.
  2. Fold wrapper in on itself until chorizo is completely encase.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Bake won tons at 400 for sixteen minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve with salsa and guacamole.

  2. Hi Cristine, carbonara takes some skills I have seen a lot of scrambled eggs with that dish.
