Bratwurst casing removed
Mustard
1 sweet onion caramelized in olive oil
Pickle relish

Preheat oven to 425

Place corn meal on baking sheet

Bratwurst patty and brown on both sides
Spread dough on corn meal thinly
Place mustard on dough
Place 1/2 of caramelized onions
Place brat patty on onions
Top with onions and mustard
Pull dough over and seal
Poke holes in top with a knife
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes
