Rubs oven slow cooked
1 full rack of baby back ribs
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoons Cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more if you like more heat)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Cooking
Yellow mustard to coat ribs
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 290
Coat ribs with mustard
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl or 1 gallon zip bag
Sprinkle both sides of ribs
Line baking sheet with foil pictured below
Place ribs on pan
Pour in 1/3 of the vinegar under the ribs
Close foil to cover ribs
Bake for 1 hour
Add 1/3 of vinegar
Bake for 1 hour
Add last of vinegar
Bake for 30 minutes
Expose ribs check to see if some cook until add BBQ sauce if desired
Ribs will be done when using tongs you can slightly turn a rib bone
