Low Fat Spinach and Artichoke Dip w baked chips

20 oz non fat Greek yogurt
10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed water drained in paper towel
4 oz non fat or low fat mayo
4 oz jar artichokes finely diced
2 oz dried parsley
1/4 cup finely diced red onion or chives
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese plus 2 tablespoons for topping
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional but why not)

In a large bowl mix yogurt, mayo, and parm.
Mix in spinach, chives, and artichokes.
Add garlic powder salt and pepper

Taste to see if additional seasoning is needed.

Chips

Preheat oven to 350

Cut fresh tortilla chips (stale ones will be bad) in to sixths place on cookie sheet

Spray with pam or cooking spray.

Bake for 6 minutes

Turn over spray bake for 5 minutes or until crispy.
