Monk fish is called poor man lobster but it still can be tasty.
1 pound fresh monk fish
1 stick salted butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon old bay season
1 clove fresh garlic minced
Remove skin from monk fish
Heat 9″ skillet on medium low
Place butter and wine on skillet
Stir don’t let butter burn or boil
Add monk fish
Mix old bay and garlic
Turn fish every 2-3 minutes for 20 minutes
Fish will firm up like a cooked lobster tail
