This is a sauce unique to Virginia Beach so I asked my son-in-Law about it. Jack posted about this a few weeks ago so I decided I could re-create this at home. Well, I got Jack’s OK after making a couple of batches of this and after a couple of revisions. I found 5 different versions of this on line so this is the final try.
2 cups miracle whip
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
5 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon white pepper
Mix miracle whip and all spices leave sit in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight
Add buttermilk refrigerate for one hour before serving
