This is a healthy snack when you need protein and a crunchy snack. You can make them ahead and have them when you want them. They are full of fiber and will fill you up.
1 can chickpea drained and skins removed
4 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
( you want to make your own old bay it’s celery salt, garlic powder, pepper paprika and cayenne pepper)
Preheat oven to 375
Dry chickpeas on paper towel
In a bowl Mix with the olive oil and spices
Place in a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake for 37 to 45 minutes until crunchy
You want to be cray try some cayenne pepper. Just sayin.
