I had some Fireball Whisky and to come up with a way to use it. So why not cookies.I made them softer more chewy and added red hot candies to double down on the cinnamon flavor wait with the Fireball that should be triple down. All I know is that they go fast. A glass of cider and you got a party. Hope you like them.Dry ingredients
4 cups whole what flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 oz Rd Hot candies
8 oz white chocolate chipsWet ingredients
2 sticks room temperature butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon fireball whisky
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream butter until fluffy
Add brown sugar and with white sugar
Add eggs
Add cinnamonAdd whisky and vanilla
In second bowl mix flour, salt, and baking powder
Add flour mixture to wet mixture in thirds to wet ingredients beat until all ingredients are incorporated
Add white chocolate chips and red hot candies mix until incorporated
Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
Place 11/2” spoonfuls on trays
Bake for 9-11 minutes
