This is one I saw I loved and can’t eat because I take Lipitor and I can’t have grapefruit. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it. It takes all of 15 minutes to make and would work great for wine tasting when you try a Chardonnay. But who am I to ideas in you head. It will also be great at a brunch, or if you bought a case of citrus from the local high school band. I hope you like it.
3 navel oranges
2 red grapefruit
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon diced fresh mint
Cut peel and pith off fruit
Slice width wise
Place fruit on plate
Drizzle honey
Sprinkle mint
