I’ve been into simple and fast lately; this recipe qualifies in both.  Oh and it’s healthy too. I hope you like it.
12 oz ribeye steak
1  green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped in bite size pieces
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
3 cloves, diced
4 tablespoons teriyaki
3 oz red wine
3 tablespoons corn starch
4 tablespoons water
Oil for cooking.
Cut beef into bite size pieces
In a bowl add beef, wine, and teriyaki; let marinate for 10 minutes
Heat wok to medium high
Add oil
Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes, stirring constantly
Add garlic
Make a well in the bottom and add beef with liquid
Mix water and corn starch and stir until smooth
Stir everything in wok until beef is browned
Add cornstarch mixture
Let mixture thicken while stirring
Serve over rice
