Halibut with Lobster and Hollandaise Sauce

I was at the fish store and saw fresh halibut so I came up with this dish.   The Tuscan spice rub works great with the hollandaise and the sweet taste of the lobster. I hope you like it.
2 halibut steaks (from Crosby’s Crabs)
2 tablespoons Tuscan seasoning
4 lobster claws, shelled
1 pound white asparagus
1 package hollandaise sauce
8 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
2 limes, sliced
chives
8 oz dry white wine, divided
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic diced
Pre heat oven to 350
Rinse halibut with cold water
Place on a foil-lined baking sheet
Sprinkle with half of white wine
Top with half of melted butter
Sprinkle Tuscan seasoning over fish
Add lime slices on top
Place in oven for 20 minutes
In a large skillet,
Add remaining butter
Add asparagus
Add wine
Add garlic and cook for 10 minutes, turning often
Make hollandaise sauce per package instructions
Add lobster meat to hollandaise
Remove halibut from oven
Place a halibut steak on plate
Add lobster and hollandaise
Add asparagus on top
Add lobster and hollandaise
Garnish with chives
Serve
