New York Deli Naachos

It’s  football season. (I’ll watch anything at this point).  So it’s time for football food.  I love a good New York deli sandwich, but that’s too hard to eat sitting on the couch.  Why not deli nachos?   So let’s take some bagel chips, pastrami, cheese and some pickles and get the taste of Sardis on Broadway.  You don’t have to watch the Jets or the Giants to enjoy.  Hey, if you’re watching Canadian football, just think of it as Yankee poutine.  This is simple and quick so you can enjoy the game.  I hope you like it.
3 cups bagel chips
1/2 cup chopped pastrami
1 cup diced Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup dill pickle chips
1/4 cup diced red onion
Mustard to top
Preheat oven to 350.
On a baking sheet, add a layer of bagel chips.
Add cheeses.
Add pastrami evenly.
Bake for 6 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove and add pickles and onions.
Serve.
