Onion Dip

I love chips and dip while watching football.  I read the label of the store bought stuff and found three words I was unable to pronounce.  Yeah, that doesn’t shock my friends and family -they know a book of words I can’t pronounce called a dictionary.  But these were words of stuff that didn’t sound like something you should eat. So I did some research and came up with something that you might like.

1 cup sour cream
2 ounces mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow onion, finely diced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon chives
1/4 teaspoon salt (you may want more)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise until combined.
Add onions and hot sauce.
Add garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Add Worcestershire and chives and mix.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve with a whole lotta chips.
