Philly Cheesesteak Nachos

Farmers markets are open. That doesn’t mean you have time to cook or menus planned; it’s just look in the fridge and wing it and see what you forgot you bought on Saturday. I remember vendors had onions, green peppers are n season. Ok the ribeye will thaw quick. The cheese hasn’t gone bad. Who doesn’t have some chips on the fridge so there is dinner. I hope you like it.

8 ounces boneless ribeye steak sliced thin
1 yellow onion sliced thin
1 green pepper sliced thin
4 ounces white cheddar
4 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 cup salsa
2 ounces A 1 steak sauce
1 bag tortilla chips
2 tablespoons worstershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine

Oil for cooking

Preheat over to 350

In a bowl mix the ribeye with worsterschire and wine

Grate cheeses

In a skillet on medium add oil

Add steak cook for 4 minutes

On a parchment lined baking sheet place a layer of chips

Add a layer of salsa

Add an even layer of onions and green pepper slices

Add an even layer of meat

Add layer of cheese

Bake for 5 minutes

Serve with sour cream if you want
