I was recently staying in a motel (you know the ones that serve free breakfast) and saw that someone decided to update the Easy Bake Oven. I never had one, but I knew kids who did, and we all thought it was amazing. Well, it’s 2021, and my taste is no longer simple. The motel was using the same technology to make pancakes!

This sounds like a great idea, but it takes one minute per pancake. When you have six people waiting for pancakes, you have a problem. Also, they are the pancake equivalent of the breakfast egg disk; they resemble a pancake and sort of taste like a pancake, but they are nothing like Grandma’s.
