Lynn’s Crab Cake Sauce

This recipe happened when I was at my friend Lynn’s house. (All royalties should be sent to her. The address is……just kidding.) I thought we should have a sauce for the crab cakes I made. I had mayo, capers, and Old Bay; after a taste test, Lynn suggested adding some dill and some pepper. Good call. Thanks for hosting Lynn. I hope you like it.

1/2 cup Mayo
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon pepper

If capers are large, dice to small pieces.

In a bowl mix all ingredients.

Serve with crab cakes or fish.
