Prosciutto Wrapped Lobster Tail with Dipping Sauce

Simple but elegant is the theme for this dish. It has few ingredients, but they work well together. i hope you like it.

2 8-ounce lobster tails
2 slices of prosciutto
1/2 cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley

2 teaspoons olive oil for cooking

Remove lobster from shells.

Wrap tails in prosciutto.

Heat pan to medium and add olive oil.

Add lobster to pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Turn and cook for 3 minutes.

Melt 1/2 cup butter until it bubbles.

Whisk in the garlic, lemon juice and parsley.

Serve with lobster wrapped in prosciutto.
