Hummingbird Cookies

This is a cake that dreamed of being a cookie and wished upon a falling star. Not really but it was better than me saying I didn’t feel like making a cake. This has the all the goodies – bananas, pineapple, warm spices, all topped with cream cheese frosting. I hope you like it.

Editors Note: Freshly ground spices are the best.
