Buffalo Wontons

The Final Four is a month away. I needed something new for game time snacks. My wife prefers boneless wings, so I figured that since that is mostly cut-up chicken breast, why shouldn’t that just be a wonton? It also should be quick to do. So here you go: buffalo wontons. I hope you like it.

10 wonton wrappers
1/2 pound diced chicken
1 bunch green onion, diced
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

Small bowl of water

Preheat oven to 375.

With double knives, dice chicken into small pieces.

Add buffalo sauce to chicken.

Add green onions to chicken mixture.

Lay out wonton wrappers as a diamond.

Add teaspoon of chicken to center of wrapper.

Apply small amount of water around all edges of wonton.

Fold so top touches bottom to make a triangle.

Fold two side corners to touch using water to seal.

Spray wonton with Pam or cooking spray.

Bake on both sides about 8 minutes per side until golden brown.

Serve with blue cheese dressing and carrots or celery.
