Erin’s Meatball and Wing Sauce

This sauce uses most of your taste buds: sweet, spicy, sour, and salty. Use with your favorite wings or meatball recipes. I used Erin’s Elderberries honey and elderflower jelly for the sweetness, garlic chili paste for some heat, gochujang for the savory, teriyaki for the salty, pomegranate molasses for the ”what is that?” factor, and apple cider vinegar for the acid. I hope you like it.

5 ounces Erin’s Elderflower jelly (elderberry jelly would work too)
1/4 cup Erin’s local honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1/2 teaspoon garlic chili paste
2 tablespoons gochujang paste

In a small sauce pan on medium, add elderflower jelly, vinegar, and teriyaki sauce and dissolve. Stir occasionally.

Add honey, chili paste, and gochujang paste and stir.

Toss with wings or meatballs.
