Chinese Deviled Eggs

Here is something I found on my travels. It has the Asian trinity and some uniquely Far East flavors: soy, ginger, garlic, and green onion, all packed in a familiar deviled egg package. I hope you like it.

6 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayo
2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon low sodium soy
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon hot Chinese mustard

Hard boil eggs.

Shell eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

Add yolks to bowl and whites to a serving tray.

Mash egg yolks.

To yolks bowl, add mayo, mustard, garlic powder, ginger, and soy; mix until smooth.

Add green onion and mix.

Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

Sprinkle paprika over eggs (which is not pictured because I forgot to buy it).

Serve.
