Bacon Crab Rolls

Here is a treat with some of my favorite things: crab meat and bacon. Now, we have some chives, some cream cheese, and some hot sauce to balance out the flavors. This will be loaded into a manicotti shell. Last, some Alfredo to dip in and you have a great game day treat. I hope you like it.

8 ounces special crab meat
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 teaspoon chives
1 teaspoon hot sauce
8 manicotti shells
8 long strips bacon (Hayfield Farms)
1 16-ounce jar Alfredo sauce

Preheat oven to 375.

In a bowl mix the cream cheese, hot sauce and chives.

Add crab meat and mix.

Use a spoon to fill manicotti shells with mixture.

Wrap with bacon covering all the manicotti.

Place in a foil pan and bake 30-35 minutes until bacon is brown and crispy.

Serve with Alfredo sauce.
