This has the three of our favorite crustaceans: lobster, shrimp, and lagostino with a lot of butter and seasoning. This all goes on top of a toasted pretzel roll with some tomatoes and arugula. A great summer dinner. I hope you like it.
4 ounces uncooked lobster meat cut in 1 inch cubes
4 ounces uncooked shrimp peeled, cleaned, deveined, and cut in 1 inch pieces
4 ounces lagostino meat, cooked
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay
2 teaspoons chives, diced
1 teaspoon dill, diced
Arugula
Tomato
Pretzel buns
In a large skillet add butter and melt over medium low heat.
Toast pretzel buns.
Add to skillet shallots, garlic, chives, and dill; cook for 4 minutes.
Add Old Bay and cook for 3 minutes.
Add lobster and cook for two minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for two minutes
Add lagostino and cook until shrimp turn pink.

Sliced tomato
