Parmesan Crusted Salmon

This is a riff on a dish my brother Mike does. I used fresh sockeye salmon, parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, butter, and Panko bread crumbs. Very simple and very moist and very delicious. I hope you like it.

1 pound sockeye salmon
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian herbs

Heat oven to 350.

Mix parmesan, Italian herbs, and Panko bread crumbs.

Add melted butter and mix.

Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet.

Top with parmesan and coat evenly.

Bake for 14-16 minutes longer for well done.

Serve.
