I use eggroll wrappers a lot as a flavor delivery system. For this dish it adds texture to a flavorful dish. Spicy marinaded waygu beef with sweet plums and traditional Asian flavors. We have gochujan to bring some heat, teriyaki, garlic, shallots, and ginger to make you use all your tastebuds. The Ovoka chuck eye rich beef flavor and tenderness will make you want a second one. I hope you like it.
