We were in Corolla, NC, on vacation and walked by this hidden gem a half dozen times. We decided to treat ourselves on our getaway day. Good choice. The bakery smell when you walk in the door is amazing, the displays are enticing, and the staff friendly and welcoming. We had the breakfast sandwiches (I had the biscuit sandwich, and my wife had the croissant), both were exceptional. The sausage biscuit had mild heat which broke up the richness from the egg and cheese.

From donuts to bake goods they provide a great array of choices for your sweet tooth. Our last discussion point will be the brownies which are money. Rich, decadent, fudgy delights. They are in the top five brownies I’ve had. I will be trying to recreate them at home.
