I eat baked potatoes frequently, sour cream, chives, butter, maybe some bacon and some cheese. That is fine, but how about thinly cut grilled steak, peppers, onions, and some cheese sauce? Yes, I said cheese sauce. You could go ahead and add some some sour cream – I dare you to draw the ire of the people who threw batteries and booed at Santa at an Eagles game. Really, thatβs your plan (paraphrased from the Dark Night)? I hope you like it.
10 ounces Chuck eye steak
1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pasteurized cheese spread
2 tablespoons milk
Oil for cooking
2 bake potatoes
Butter
Cut onion and pepper in long thin strips.
Cut steak into long thin strips and place in bowl. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Microwave potatoes until fork tender, approximately 8-10 minutes.
Heat skillet to medium, add oil, peppers, and onions. Cook until soft and slightly brown.
Add steak strips and cook until brown.
Microwave cheese and milk in 20 second bursts. Stir until combined and smooth.
Open potato, mash slightly, and add butter.
Top with steak mixture. Then top with cheese sauce.

A unique idea, Dan.
