Hamburger Dumplings

I’m going through training camp for this year’s football foods. I want to make sure I’m on my game when the season starts, and I’m not talking about flag football at the Olympics. So, I made cheeseburger won tons. I always like finger food for game day. Burger, sauce, cheese, onion, and some seasoning and some sauce. I hope you like it.

12 ounces ground beef
8 slices American cheese
1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
1 scallion, diced
1 shallot, diced
3 ounces ketchup
2 ounces mustard
3 ounces mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pickle relish to taste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
20 won ton wrappers
6 tablespoons oil
1 cup water

In a bowl add ground beef, shallot, scallion, sesame oil, Worcestershire, and Montreal seasoning.

Add to won ton wrapper and top with 1/4 slice of American cheese.

Seal won ton.

Air fry for 9 minutes per side at 380.

In a bowl mix ketchup, mustard, relish,Z and mayo.

Serve.
