Farmers Caprese Salad

Freshness, freshness, freshness. Fresh tomatoes, fresh Burrata cheese, fresh baby basil, freshly cracked black peppers, and aged balsamic on top. The end of summer on a plate. I hope you like it.

1 package Burrata
5 plum tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 cup baby basil shoots (from Living Springs Micro Greens)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Cut off ends of tomatoes. Slice in 1/2 inch rounds.

Salt and pepper slices.

Place Burrata in center of plate.

Surround with tomato slices.

Sprinkle with basil sprouts.

Drizzle with balsamic.

Serve with toasted bread.
