Creamcicle Cookies

As a kid I waited for the ice cream truck to come by and some times I would get a creamcicle. Orange sherbet covering vanilla ice cream. I did this cookie in honor of this summer treat. The best thing is they don’t melt. To amp up the flavor, Grand Marnier came to the party. I hope you like it.

1 orange cake mix
2 teaspoons orange liquor
3-ounce package orange jello
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons orange zest
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces white chocolate chips

In a bowl add cake mix and jello mix and stir with whisk.

Add melted butter, orange liquor, salt, orange zest and eggs and mix until smooth.

Add white chocolate chips and mix.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Heat oven to 375.

Scoop cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 8-11 minutes.

Let cool.

Serve.
