I have done classic sandwiches turned into egg rolls and this is the latest sandwich the Monte Christo. Turkey, ham, Swiss and mustard; dusted with powdered sugar and dipped in maple syrup. The egg roll is air fried to a crispy outside. I hope you like it.

4 egg roll wrappers
4 slices deli ham
4 slices deli turkey breast
4 slices Swiss cheese
Mustard
Cooking spray

Place egg roll wrapper in diamond roll cheese and meats and place about a 1/3 of the way up on diamond.

Roll up and tuck in sides sealing seams with water.

Spray with cooking spray.

Air fry for 6-7 minutes per side at 350.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and dip in maple syrup.
