It surprised me that I had never had done a recipe on this blog so here we go. Now it’s time to do an air fryer salmon. I always believe in keeping it as simple as possible and most importantly not over cooking the fish. There is nothing worse to me than salmon that has all the flavor cooked out of it. I did some research and found that the sweet spot is 380.(if your air fryer can do 375 it’s perfect but I have an older model that only deals in tens). Are you still season the fish simply, and then added teriyaki towards the end of the cook. I hope you like it.
Air Fryer Salmon
2 salmon fillets 1 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
Cajun seasoning
Pepper to taste
Lemon
Teriyaki
Score skin with a sharp knife.
Coat salmon with oil.
Salt, pepper and season with Cajun seasoning.
Preheat air fryer to 380 for 5 minutes.
Add salmon skin side up.
Air fry salmon for 5 minutes turn salmon over and then brush with teriyaki sauce.
Cook for additional 4 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice on salmon.
Serve.
