Art’s German potato salad
2 pounds redskin potatoes washed
3 slices of bacon
1 small onion
3 tablespoon honey
1/4 vinegar
1/8!teaspoon pepper
1 green onion
1’tablespoon fresh parsley
Boil potatoes until fork tender
Drain and cool potatoes
Fry bacon in skillet until crispy remove bacon with slotted spoon
Remove half of the bacon grease
Add diced onion to pan until translucent
Add vinegar
Add honey
Add pepper
Add green onion
Add parsley
